Why You Should Care About ESG.

The world is moving in one direction: more sustainability, more accountability, more responsibility. This includes businesses who are under increasing pressure to be more ethical, sustainable, and climate-friendly.

Sustainability is more than simply ticking boxes or good intentions. It’s about creating a tangible, practical plan that achieves real results and making a difference – for your business and our world.

We have developed a package of ESG services that reflect the growing need for dedicated ESG support, which can help businesses prepare for the challenges and opportunities presented by the rapidly changing area.

More About The Three Pillars:

Environmental

Across the globe, how we produce, consume and discard has a significant adverse impact on the natural world. Climate change, emissions and energy efficiency are a few environmental factors.

Social

The social pillar addresses the relationships your company fosters with stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, employees, and local communities. Examples could include human rights, diversity and inclusion and equal pay.

Governance

While ESG issues are gaining traction the governance pillar is often overlooked. However, without governance there can be no environmental or social in a
business model. Examples could include bribery and corruption and anti-money laundering factors.

ESG Strategic Advice

B Corporation Status

B Corp Certification (B Corp) is recognition that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. In order to achieve certification, a business must:
  • Demonstrate high social and environmental performance.
  • Make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
  • Exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance measured to be publicly available on their B Corp profile.

B Corp certified allows businesses to use the B Corporation logo, which signifies that a business’s aims and purposes are aligned with ESG-focused values and benefit wider society and the environment.

How we can help with your B Corporation?

We can help businesses who are interested in joining the increasing number of organisations becoming B Corp certified. Whether its help with the legal accountability requirement for B Corp certification, or the completion of the B impact Assessment(a series of questions about your businesses practices and outputs across five categories: governance, workers, community, the environment, and customers).
