The company is made up of Data Protection Officers, regulatory consultants and SRA regulated solicitors, providing SME’s with a complete and affordable compliance package.

If you are not happy with our service then please let us know by email (info@smecomply.co.uk).

 

We aim to respond within 8 weeks. If your complaint is regarding our legal services, and we are unable to settle your complaint, you also have a right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, an independent legal services complaints body. You need to lodge a complaint with them within six months.

The most relevant member of our team will respond and remain allocated to the matter to ensure consistency of advice.

The short answer is no.

 

SME Comply Ltd is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA).

 

However, our Managing Director is a qualified solicitor, regulated by the SRA (Registration No. 343910), and he is permitted to offer certain legal services to clients and the public.

 

Red tape and legal terminology can be difficult to understand, that’s why we offer our advice in plain English.

 

We will patiently take you through anything you don’t understand.
